Bad comp, or can I do something?

I have a pretty bad comp (right now), it runs at almost 1 ghz (gh singular?), with I think 100somethin RAM, and a dated video card. Suprisingly it can run Guild Wars on lowest setting okay, and ran WoW ok, but PvP was impossible.

I tried this game and once getting past the errors of my mod trying (and failing), I found out that my comp cant take this game at all. In towns and map I have good FPS but once I enter a battle of 2+ I go down to 50 FPS and lag like a mother. My mouse is incredibly sensative (the option to change it doesnt help), and there seems to be nothing I can do.

I was wondering if any of you have tips to help my FPS (besides getting a better computer >.>), and any help is appreciated. Sorry I'm not sure what to do, but playing MB on my crappy computer would be nice because I cant spend a week without it

Also I'm not sure if this is the right place for this post, but there is a bug that the mountains have big blue patches on them when I tried playing with the Hugemod and Magnificent 7 mod (even though they didnt work )

if you go to configure the game theres an option to check if you have blue rocks and such....

also try turning the texture detail down... change dynamic light off and all that good stuff...

Turning off bump mapping might help you there.
