Back to the game after a looong break: infos needed please

Hello there
After a long break from M&B and games in general I decided to check the forums out here, and what did I see: an expansion! Awesome.
Just simple questions:
1 - How will be the multiplayer in Warband? Scenario based, you launch a map, people join, you kill or get killed and once the map is won/lost you create a new one, the previous one having no effect on your toon?

2- Or will be it be a persistent world? (MMO-type?)

3 - And what about the toon you play in multiplayer: is it the same you use in single player, or a predefined one?
Can you play multiplayer with your off-line (single player) toon?

4 - All in all, will there be a single player version of the game in Warband?

Thats a lot of questions I know, sorry for that.

1. Multiplayer WB currently simply involves the scenario you outline in #1. It's rad.

2. Nope.

3. Dunno. Doubt it though

4. YES! There is!
