I just wanted to say that I am listening to it for the second time already! While I'm not sure if this would be considered a parody or not ... I thought it was hilarious!

To me a hip hop song converted to a folk song is a parody, no two ways about it. Even if the guy didn't intend it to be, which would surprise me.
