1.Pureblood horse is still spawning when you get your family members, but now they are only in civilian clothes section.

2.If you open the screen to go into the keep, when it offers you to bribe the guard, you can save/quicksave and load and you will be let into the keep for free.

Can you start a new, fresh campaign and see if the pureblood is still in the brothers inventory?
