Well, i don't really know what happened, but i just took a castle and while i ride back to my castle a army of 400 men from the faction i pledged alligiance with (i already had a big faction, but i wanted to be a part of them) anyways.. they ride to me and tell me to surrender or die and i'm like "wtf?" then i have to fight them, and when i ride back to my castle i cant enter it, (it's still mine) then i ride to my lords castle because clearly me relation with the faction was 40, sooo.. i managed to sneak into my lords town first.. and when i enter the mead hall to see for recruits there stands a guy named "hired assasin" there.. and at first he don't do anything.. then suddenly he stabs me with his axe.. and i kill him ofc 
And then i leave the town, get a meeting with my lord then clearly i had to pay to be at peace with my own faction
