when you click on order your soldiers to assault, it seems like the battle is then calculated automatic.
the same seems to apply when you get knocked out during a fight. then some calculations will happen.
my problem with that is, that i sometimes lose units that werent even on the battle map.
example: i fight 50 mountain bandits with my heroes (borcha, marnid) and the next slot (20 peasants). below are crossbowmen and at the buttom knights, which should only enter the fight when all common people are slain
now, when fighting and having casualties the get replaced from top to buttom.
BUT why the heck, when i get knocked out, do some of my knights die? i mean, before, lots of other units must have been dead.
so, im not sure what my suggestion is (i could have put this thread into the bug section as well), maybe this:
working battle calculator or none. (and yes i know this is still beta, but
