Automate Units Recruiting

Does any of you know if it is possible, as in warband, to automate recruiting in towns and castles ?

What do you mean by automate? If you own a fief, if you have a militia barracks and a training ground, it should automatically provide a garrison and you won't have to "donate" your own troops

If you mean something other than that...I haven't a clue

In Warband, we were able to order our town owner to gather men in surrounding areas.
Maybe you're right and this is the new way.
