Auto Restart for Dedicated Servers?

Hey guys, Ive been hosting a couple mod servers and well, they arent the stablest of bunch.

Does anyone know of a way to auto restart the dedicated servers?

They are running on Windows so I've tried auto restarter software and well, theres a secondary Window that pops up asking if you want to terminate the server if the main server console goes down and that prevents it from auto restarting correctly.

Is there anyway to prevent that secondary window from popping up? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

What do other people usually do?

I am hosting on my own machine.

There are admin tools you can use to perform functions that are normally unavailable on games like auto-restart for example, and since you have Windows I would suggest TCAdmin. For more information go to http://www.tcadmin.com/
