So I installed the mod a few days ago from nexus, the latest one.I captured a castle for the sarranids and have it under my name, deposited some troops in garrison.Now it has been more than one in-game month and my garrison numbers aren't increasing its still the same number, is any special building required for auto filling of garrison or is it only available if I start my own kingdom?
