Can someone explain me usage of name Austria-Hungary from 1867 treaty of Dual Monarchy for mod based on Seven Years War where Austria was known as Austrian Empire? It's considered as really insulting mistake to name it wrongly in former territories of Habsburg monarchy, as its a really different matter in comparing those states.

According to a small amount of research, the Austrian Empire was founded in 1804 and Austria-Hungary was founded in 1867
The 7 years' war that the mod is set in took place in 1756, so it should be the Habsburg Monarchy (or Habsburg Empire)
Or maybe I'm just completely wrong and had bad sources, who knows
