Must say im not a fan of the any weapon rule though. Is everyone just gonna run around with great long axes? It means if your opponent chooses a 'gla' (which will be common no doubt), you basically have to choose a weapon of comparable length, 1h is out of the question. This is true against the top players any way
Should be made standard, everyone gets default swadian 2h sword or something.

I agree on the two hander thing, no one wants to be spammed with stuns, or have to use a different weapon to avoid stuns.

Only 3 weapons are allowed- Default Nordic sword, Swadian sword, Sarranid sword

Your weapons are not locked on via forum post, duelists have the option to select one of three swords.


The first to 13 rule was tested today, on avg it will take 10 mins to finish the first round eliminations, with the subsequent rounds finishing faster.

The whole event should take no more than 1.5-2 hours.


This is the first of three tournaments, the next duel tournament will consist of 2 handed swords.
