Resolved Audio out of sync during battles

This one is just like it sounds. When I'm in battles, I will sometimes get out of sync audio. I have had this happen on four or five separate occasions in a small way and once in a big way. I'll cover the small one first. During battles, I will frequently use the charge command to tell my men to attack. When I do this, my avatar will raise her sword but the verbal command for them to attack does not come until several seconds AFTER giving that command. This has, thus far occurred during 5 or 6 battles.

Now to cover the big desync I got. Now, bear in mind, this particular one has only occured on a single occasion so it may well be an isolated incident. I was in a battle and had my men charge in like normal but there was no sound from anything - not my horses galloping along, not my soldiers blades making contact with the enemy - nothing. Then, after several minutes of combat, the missing sounds suddenly began to play back, minutes after the actions they should have resulted from.

How to reproduce the bug: Fight multiple battles and see if the gfx and voice sounds are delayed or occurs in step with the actions that should cause those sounds to play.

How often the bug occurs: Every single battle of the last 5 or 6 battles for the minor charge command verbal delay and just the once for the overall sound OOS.

Save Playtime: Approximately 1-2 hours so far

Update: I'm about 12 hours into the game now and these audio bugs have seemingly dropped off. The blanket audio delay thing in that one battle hasn't occurred once since that one battle and the delay of audio when giving my charge command hasn't happened in at least 6 hours of play. Just figured an update on this would be appreciated.

It was happening to me, not anymore but was happening. I think it is because of stuttering and lag spikes

I am having the same problem, and I believe it may be tied to the CPU usage. Especially right after loading and in battles where it takes the most strain. Going into audio and dropping "sound channels" to 128 (low) seemingly makes it far less frequent, and changes little to nothing in terms of sound quality (but I am not an audiophile so it is possible I simply can't tell the difference).
You could try and see if it helps.

It still happens on multiplayer, it's so annoying and making game unplayable sometimes. I was trying drop to very low sound channels, it doesnt work for me.

This might be related to your hard disk drive. Do you know how fast it is? Or were there apps running in the background while playing the game?

I get a similar problem in game, latest beta but on world map. Sound and music stutters and it lags the whole game up to the point of freezing the game. Turning all sound to zero obviously stops the sound stuttering and also game stuttering - I had turned the sound option to high for the first time in this game and hadnt encountered the bug until about 4 hours in.
