Attributes and skill focus doesn't go all the way up and several other questions

1. If I have attributes to ten and skill focus to ten the learning limit doesn't go all the way up to all of the perks, has this just not been added yet?

2 Is there renown gain from having multiple parties?

3. Do I have to set myself to a clan role to gain exp in it or willl I fill all roles if none are selected?

4 . What is a good late game gold sink?

All the skill focus and attribute points do is boost the exp gain you get when doing set skill. They set a max on how much boost there is, hence only the 5 focus slots on each skill.
You still have to go.out and do that skill to get levels in it. You can theoretically get all the way to the end of the tree. It just takes a disgusting amount of time.

I think all that means, and this is just speculation, that the boost exp only works up to the highlighted areas. I dont think it stops your progression. It just stops the boost exp. Or multipliers rather.

Yes, that is what it means. After you reach the soft cap, you stop getting the XP multiplier and it really becomes a grind. I got almost 50 in Bow and my cap was lower than 20.
