ATI HD4xxx CCC 8.10, mnb 1.01 epic problem

well, i installed the newest version and played couple of hours and i got this exact problem twice:

it says that ati video card had to restart or something, anyway this has only happened with newest version of mnb, not in other games.
as you see, everything is quite smashed up. but after reboot it goes back to normal.
just posting this here to say that this new version didn't completely fix ati driver problems

the resolution i used to have is 1680x1050
os: windows xp 32bit

Is the card set to reset on a temperature spike or similar?

Might also want to try shutting down those background processes to make sure it's not something leaking over (Hamachi and anything else which creates a virtual device might be the problem, I've known it cause IRQ conflicts in the past).

don't know about the temperature. mnb seems to be not the game whitch is very hard to hd4870 to play.
but i'll try the hamachi thing
