Resolved Assist Clan Leader with Seige Fails with 'Attack' Command [ beta e1.4.3.235842 [Steam]]

Attempted to join clan leader for final siege assault on a castle where the seige was already underway.
Dialogue gave me the options and I chose to "Help Unquid" then next either to "Attack" or "Send Troops".
I chose to "Attack" ... however action was unresponsive. Tried several times with same result, game unresponsive (but no crash)
I then chose "Send Troops" , this DID WORK and the battle was auto-resolved.
Normally, choosing "Attack" would have put the player on the battlefield outside the castle.
