Assigning a Marshall

I don't know how or when it happened; however, I'm king of my own faction, have several lords under me, and yet no one is a marshall.  When I visit my minister, I do have any marshall options.  Read thru alot of "how to"s regarding marshalls, but I don't even know if I ever was one.

I don't know either.
The first times I went to my minister, there was an option of assigning a marshal.
But unfortunately, the option disappeared after two different assignments.
Now, I don't know how to make it reappear.

When you create your own kingdom you become the king and the marshall. You should be able to speak to one of your companions or another lord and tell them you are begining a campaign.

The option should exist to transfer the marshall to other lords. If it does not, then I guess you're bugged.
