I mustn't say, where is them. So you must find. I say, this is not easy.

Assassination Missions
You'll get few mission from Altair.

Parties News
Every war party has a commander. But them are very experienced

Enter the Town
You can't enter the town on gate. You must find secret entry.

Secret Weapons
on cave, you'll find secret items. But that is importan, how can i find caves?

Special Weapons
If you want kill the main targets. You'll get some powered items. You can kill the ememies with them.

Assassination-Escape
If you kill the real enemy, guards'll come for kill you. you should escape.

This mod will be like Assassin's Creed. Just you get target's name. After that, you must find him...
 
But the AI doesn't act like you can sneak up on them. They know you are there even if you are on the other side of a castle. So how will assasinations be done?
 
I thought that.

Peoples doesn't walking in the town. It's not good for me.

I think, set him to castle. But castle has 60 troops. I mean, it won't be easy.

Well you could make the person who you are going to assasinate someone in your faction, and you have to walk around a city, and find the bastard. After that just shoot him in the head with a arrow.

And it would have to be a quest.
 
TLD managed to do stealth missions. If you try hard enough you should be able to make this work.

Craftmod had succeeded in getting people walking around in towns; you could check the source out for that.

I think you should try making a large town (maybe made out of more than one scene) for the place where all the action would be, and have tons of easy to climb scene props leading you up rooftops and all that so that you could get to your target/escape that way.

The most important thing here would be a way to code the behaviour of the guards, so that they would respond to you killing a person, if you are in their radius of action.

Dude,i think you get some parts from TLD 2.3.1,with AW's permission.In example,Ranger hoods and few gloves,and scripts,and..YEs.It is.
