Resolved Asking about quest from enemy noble instantly starts fight

So basically the title says it all: i as vassal of northern empire hunted down a noble of southern empire, and in the dialogue screen it gave me the option to ask about a quest.

When i chose this he told me I cant help due to the war, but then it instantly jumped to the "How do you want to fight this Battle"-screen, like send troops or attack.

Im not sure if this is intended, but in my opinion it should either not show the quest option at all or jump back to the normal dialogue instead of starting the battle.
