Aserei Culture %30 less payment for caravans doesn't work also the trading skill perk, %20 less payment for caravan doesn't work. Please check all of the perks and cultures specialities.

I have discovered several bugs with different perks, I'm starting to believe none of them even work lol and perks are just there to fool you into thinking they are doing anything lol
