How to Reproduce: Entering Aserai settlements and pressing "Recruit troops"

Ps. Dunno if this has been posted here but there is also a bug in main quest that made it impossible to gather all 3 banner pieces of the banner. (the hideout with forrest banditds didn't give it to the player. Not sure if its still there so just asking/letting you guys know. it was around version 1.0.1 or 1.0.0)
