In Progress Aserai can only recruit T2 units

As the title suggests, this bug involves the aserai and their holdings only offering the T2 units and up.

On top of that, that it is only T2 units of the "Tribesman" branch, i.e. they do not offer Aserai Mameluke soldiers or higher tiered units from that path.

Similarly, the T1 Aserai Recruit is not being offered anywhere.

Noble aserai recruits, i.e. Aserai Youth(T2) and up work properly.

Also have this problem where i can not buy any Recruits or anything on the Mameluke side of the techtree

Issue has been identified, the file spcultures.xml from the SandBoxCore module has the basic_troop variable set to "NPCCharacter.aserai_tribesman" rather than "NPCCharacter.aserai_recruit" in line 237.
