Resolved Asdragor-whatever was his name quest bugged

Started my own kingdom.
Finished the first part of the quest where i collect all the pieces of the Dragon banner, put them together and agree with that Asdragwhatshisface's that the empire is a bad thing.

Conquer a bunch of stuff., went to talk with him again.The dialogue option get stuck. I cannot leave talks with him nor can i do anyhting other than quit and reload.
Tried to restart the game, but same issue.

Anyone else got this?
