Artist/band elimination/The Kill and Save Game

Per turn, kill an artist and save an artist. Killing gives -2 points, saving +2. Each artist or band starts with 10 points. When one reaches 0 points, it goes to the hall of shame. When one reaches 20 points, it goes to the hall of fame. When one goes to a hall it'll be removed from the list, and the eliminator will have to insert a new* artist/band. *Don't insert artists that are already on the list or in a hall.
