Arris Troops and Mill that cannot be built in a fief

A king is asking me to train 7 Arris.  I am unable to find this troop within the troop tree.  Any ideas?  Also I currently have a fief that is building a mill and its been pending 1 day for about 60 days.  any feedback?

Arras is supposed to be a plural for Airig.

Buildings not finishing was a bug in version 1.33. If you download the new version 1.331, your buildings should complete like normal.

Thanks all I appreciate it.  I finished the quest by handing over seven Airig and will try the bug fix upgrade.  Excellent game.
