Need More Info Army Visibility Remains After Leaving Faction's Service

Recurring event in multiple campaigns. After canceling a mercenary contract with the Battanians, the map icon following existing faction armies remains visible on the map - I assume this is not an intended effect. The UI icon exists until the army is disbanded. You will notice in the below image my [K]ingdom menu is no longer accessible, but the icon remains active as the army moves around the map.
