Prisoner is Khuzaits, city was Khuzaits, a Khuzait's Khuzait prisonner

Well, you can reproduce it, while standing with bigger army, near ennemi army sieging our city.
Dismiss someone of your army to make him suicide against ennemi army. Our city is capturing our vassal instead of ennemi army capturing our vassal
