But their WoT-clone failed hilariously ages ago, and from the looks of this one, I doubt it's banking on the Russian market as much as the other 'two.'
Edit: Or, it didn't fail at all, but it's basically a browser-based World of Tanks clone that gets copyright issues every now and then.
Either way, they already tried that particular honeypot.
Put it this way: I only play WoT on occasion, and while I can enjoy it, it's not my favorite game, and there are times when I get pretty frustrated with it. With that in mind, I'm not currently in any rush to play a WoT clone.
Armored Warfare, a free-to-play tank combat game developed by Obsidian, will no longer be handled by the famed RPG studio. Instead, the game's Russian publisher My.com is taking over.
Ever get the feeling you're about to have something very entertaining to look at for a while?
Honestly, I'm kinda surprised. I didn't expect much at all, but I still expected more than came out of this project.
Wonder where it's going to go from here. From what I've heard of Mail.ru, ****'s only getting funnier.
