I dont know if this is the place to post this.

I have noticed that many helmets in the game, for example the northern helmet, which almost completely exposes the jaw and the cheeks, has 31 armor rating while the segmented skullcab over mail coif, which cover the ears, the jaw and the cheeks with chainmail together with a helmet, has only 24 armor rating. The segmented skullcab over mail coif should have better armor rating.

There are more examples, for example that the guard's kettle over padded coif, which covers the jaw and the cheeks and ears with a padded coif and a kettle helmet, has 26 while the nasal helmet over mail coif, which covers the same areas as the latter padded coif, is made of metal, while the helmet who also cover the nasal region, only has 22.

There is also one armor, the highland scale mail, which clearly covers the upper arm with scaleplates with a shirt under it, and the mail goes down to the knees, has a armor rating of 24/4/2 while the highland scale armor only covers the torso and doesnt go down to the knees with scaleplates, and ends by the shoulders which means that the upper arm is bare and fully exposed, is 24/4/2 like the highland scale mail. They shouldnt have the same armor rating. The highland scale armor should have less armor rating, at least on the legs and arms, than the highland scale mail, and should not be more expensive than the highland scale mail.

If there is another place to post these things, please tell me.

I totally agree, both on protection and pricing there are some inconsistencies that need to be addressed. A blatant example is rough tied bracers.

Yeah, there is, but it is max confusing that their tech support forum is separate from this discussion forum. Don't worry, I got you.

(But I'm gonna use those pics from Reddit because lmao)

Regarding helmets, I think their protection should be divided - Top of head, face, neck/back/sides.
I mean I got other opinions on how armour could work better, but someone taking a crossbow bolt directly to the eyeball and not being bothered by it because they have a piece of metal covering a different body-part is one of the most jarring things about M&B.

'Neck' is its own thing, but I'm not sure 'face' is considered a separate hit box.

That issue extends to other pieces of armor; anything rated as arm protection extends from shoulder to wrist, with hand being a separate hit box as well. Bannerlord doesn't have WYSIWG when it comes to protection, unfortunately, so you get weirdness in certain places.
