i'm new at this game so i wanted to know if in a battle against est anglia with mercia lord to support me is normal to be literally annihilated...
i killed 15 enemies by miself but the other troop got killed like if they were mere bandit...
the only one to put a resistence were my own soldier

How many man do you have? I presume the number of you and your fellow lords' armies is about equal to that of your enemy's, then the problem might be the behaviour of ai in the field. I suggest you command your soldiers to follow the main force in the field first, and while your armies are closing towards enemies' line, you personally provoke the enemies into charging your armies' line. Then you should send in your own troops to attack from the rear.
Also, use battle cry(b) to scare away foes who are surrounding your troops, and use rally(u) to heal your troops.
