Need More Info Armies locked in never ending battle

Summary: There appears to be a battle on the map, it never ends and it can't be joined. It draws in other Lords/Armies that can't join it.
How to Reproduce: I'm just playing the campaign
Have you used cheats and if so which: Not before noticing this issue. I turned on cheats in an effort to kill some of the Lords involved in the battle. I wasn't able to work out how to bring the console up, so didn't use any cheats and turned cheats off.
