hi

this is ment to be only a informative thread for us(users), not a real discussion or so...

@armagan

i was thinking of the taleworld forums and all its good/bad/complicated/simple ideas/suggestions and than reminds(i dont really forgott, but you know...) that there is still someone(you and your wife  ) wich "MADE" all this cool stuff!!! THX

so i adress this to you and your wife....

i/we would like to know what your major plans are in/with M&B??? i mean tell us a bit what picture you heave from the game, and what it could get in this approx. 5 or 6 month left! example: whats to hard, whats easy, what would take too long or is meybe easy to do....etc.

i/we want this to know becouse the forums are filled with suggestions but noone "REALLY" know if his ideea is usefull or fit your thought about the game...

so lets say it simple: give us some suggstions on what part of the game suggestions would be most usefull

i dont think the flodd of ideas will get smaller(thats not what i/we want) but the ideas would get more focoused on that things, wich get a real chance to make it to the final version, and so the forum could provide more precise ideas instead of random/wild suggestions flodd!

While I think you should concentrate on getting your spelling right, Lothar, I agree with you .
Outlining what is possible and what not would be a good thing. Writing an indepth idea and finding out that it has a snowball's chance in hell of being implemented is not nice.

No need to make such rude comments about people... Didn't mean for it to be rude? well I suppose your understanding of the English language isn't as great as you think.

He’s not asking what is possible he is asking the developers what they are hoping and working towards creating and he’s not asking for an essay. Its a perfectly valid question and I'd be very interested to read the reply.

Back to the topic:

I can't be active in the forum as much as I would like to. Therefore It may be that I am not giving enough feedback to the players.

But I guess, part of the reason of making suggestions is the fun of it. I don't really want to destroy that fun by shutting up suggestions that have no chance of being implemented. But if you want a simple guideline, here it is: The more complicated your suggestion, the less chance it has of being realized.

It's not a personal attack. It's a rather polite request. After all, it's a forum, not chit-chat with your close friend over ICQ, where both sides don't mind.
Punctuation and spelling is your friend.
If you cannot spell to save your life - use Word to check it... like I do, from time to time .
I'm not the best English speaker out there... for obvious reasons. But at least I try to make them understandable.
But a few more posts like above - and I'll be skimming over them, cause they are nigh unreadable. It’s a matter of respect to others - to write in a way that everybody will understand it at first glance, not after a few minutes of deciphering... So, it’s me who should take offence. Since when asking to place a few dots, commas and caps in proper places and to check your spelling with a Word-like program became a mortal insult? On forums with more or less strict rules writing like that can get you banned.
Am I wrong or what?

hi

what shoud i say!?

is it that hard to understand? am i that bad in communicating my meanings; beside the spelling???

my mother language is german, and if someone in a german forum replies a post in broken german(especially such a small text!) then ther will be no way to miss someones opinnion! and so i could request it from others...
so if anyone could be offended, we are!

if you want to miss it feel free

i hope i dont put a offendig tone in this post, its only my opinnion!

greetings

EDIT:

@armagan
Thx, better to know nothing

Well, it has nothing in common with your mother language.
I'm Russian - and Russian is drastically different from English, more so then German from English.
It's all about respect to other members of this forum.
By NOT using caps, punctuation and not checking your spelling you simply express disdain to other boards members - you don't care if they had to hurt their eyes deciphering what you've wrote. Like I mentioned, on more organized forums you will be simply banned for a week after a few remarks - to teach you a lesson, so to speak.
I think it’s worse then to swear, myself. *shrugs*
P.S.
And I don't have anything against you besides your way spelling and total lack of punctuation. Let me come up with a small example. At home, you may eat with your hands, but if you'll do the same at the restaurant - you'll be, at the very least, looked askance. Think of this forum as a restaurant.

Heh.. Well I'm from da US of A and I prob got the worst english grammer than all of you! Alls I would say to that is just maybe for our none english friends it might be a little harder to read choppier english than it would be for some of us...

Just a humble request.. *Bowsdown and walks ten paces away*

hi

if its all about respect, than respect my crapy posts! and i respect you need for respect!
my english isnt good but i dont want to spent 20-30min for making 4 posts at forums. spellcheck by word isnt possible, due lack of new word version. i got the standard word(win2000).

but please lets stopp this discussion, iam getting tired of it

dont read my posts if its to "enter favourite term" !
i will try to make more . and , instead of... and stopp the hasty typing(adds misspelling too  ). more i cant do for you.

greetings

EDIT:xf-mad:channler
can you understand me  ?

Well, Balor, neither are there any rules on this forum in this restaurant at the moment. In fact, I was rather taken aback by the forum threads in Russian or other Slavic languages (which would also result in a ban on many fora).

So, as long as bad language (and there's lots of it here) does not result in a ban, let's just keep our mouths shut about it. Commenting on the lack of capital letters and whatnot is OK, but doing it rudely is not. Live and let live. At least Lothar used spaces and divisions to keep his message from become a porridge of letters.

Lothar, du hast keine Reglen verletzt, denke ich.

Writing an indepth idea and finding out that it has a snowball's chance in hell of being implemented is not nice.

Indepth? Oh you must mean "in depth" or "in-depth" as an adjective. It was rather difficult to know what you meant, because you hadn't separated main clauses with a comma and instead bundled them up in one long sentence...

Gentlemen, let's drop the subject, before it turns into a flame war (and Armagan bans us all).

Erm... did i miss something? I thought the battles were in the game, not on the forum. What is this? Some kind of expansion pack for fighting outside the game?

*shrugs* Oh well, I'm not perfect myself. And if someone will point out that I'm making mistake - I'll try my best to correct it, that for sure.
But if you choose to 'wallow in your sins' - well, it's your choice, I cannot force you - I'm not a moderator.
if its all about respect, than respect my crapy posts!
Why should I?
dont read my posts
I guess I will not, then. There are a lot of other people, they also post interesting ideas, and reading them is much easier and enjoyable then your posts... unless you'll correct yourself, of course.
It's not an insult, or a, God forbid, threat - it's a statement of fact.
And like you suggested, I'll drop this subject from now on.

Heh, you think you funny Skree

I just tried to cheer the situation a little bit.

To no avail, it seems. Well, too bad, i'll go wetting my saber into some bandit's viscera

Awww... and I thought that this forum was finally getting a good flamewar. I'd already made some pitchforks and torches for the angry mobs.
