There's no subforum for Bannerlord yet, but the Bannerlord megathread is here. I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of time there, though. It's a ****pile of spam, annoying people, and the same discussions being repeated ad nauseam.

edit: Also, what Jab said. That's the general suggestion board for all things M&B, I believe.
