Are we having less female wanderers in beta?

I'm convinced there are procedurally generated wanderers. Either from a character pool list or even outright generated.

Wanderers are procedurally generated based on certain defined templates. The templates pre-define certain things like the culture, gender, skills, gear, etc. and have a title associated with them, so they get generated as like "<random culture name> the Surgeon".

I didn't know wanderers can leave your party without your input

Sending them on missions and getting the bug where they get lost in the Ether. Only way to retrieve them is kick them from the clan and rehire.

How much do these "hidden wanderers" cost? Because I've seen some people reporting stupid expensive companions that are not in the encyclopedia. Might be the same bug/hidden mechanic

the hidden wanderers i've encountered cost between 2k-3k, it's quite acceptable i think if they were powerful, but i don't think their gear and ability worth that much.

thank you dude. i've also thought about that, but the problem lies in their age, they are all above 20. probably they are just randomly generated without age being concerned.

damn, there really could be something wrong with the mechanic. i encountered a wanderer today which cost more than 7k... but her ability was just average
