I formed my own faction, went to the castle, but found no recruiters. Of course, it is very interesting to go to the villages and recruit farmers, but I think this function is very lacking.... Like the armor....

Recruit
Only cities and villages have recruits stationed there, which makes sense as people live there. Castles all they have are guards (your garrison) and whatever companion you station there.

I know what you're saying. Recruiteers were a popular addition to warband by a number of mods. I liked that feature and it makes sense: Why i have to go as a lord village to village? Why i cannot have a paid recruiteer that does this job for me?
And no, there aren't in bannerlord atm.
