Arcen games the makers of Tidalis and AI War are in financial difficulties. Go buy some of their games.

I particularly recommend AI War, it's got a generous demo and is exceedingly good fun.

If nothing else download the demo. It gives you two hours of play and lets you try the expansion content for the same time too.

Also, ellipses should contain no more than three periods. Three is number of the counting. Four is too much. Five is much too far. Two is not quite enough.

Quick Question before I go about helping them. AI War is multiplayer-focused, right? What does that mean for those internet recluses like me?

It's not. Multiplayer scales the size of the AI's fleets according to the player numbers, that's all. I've never actually bothered with the multiplayer myself, though since the average game length pushes on for 12 hours I'm surprised anyone has the time spare to dedicate to it From what I can gather it's got a good system for drop in play though.
