Need More Info Application faced a problem error message

Summary: Upon opening the game and clicking Play for single player I get an alert saying “The application faced a problem. We need to collect necessary files to proceed." When I click yes, it shows me the file report, I sent the report out and got the following line copied: 2024-10-12_21.42.03_673c928b90738aaa40ea2222a2bfa19b. I assume this the crash report.The game has been working fine for me for the past month, but two days ago I was just moving along the map and it crashed and I havent been able to play the game since. My internet had gone out due to the recent hurricane, so I was playing offline for a day I guess, so maybe the crash is related to that. But I have tried turning off my internet and starting it up offline and it still does not work. I have tried a clean uninstall and reinstall, I have completely reset my PC which deleted all my apps and then I redownloaded Steam and Bannerlord, still the same error message at the same point. All my GPU drivers are up to date. When the crash occured I was running the 1.2.9 beta, but the crash occurs for me even when I tried the latest game version. I was using mods when the crash first occurred, but since then I do not have any mods installed and it still does not work. I truly do not know what I need to do to be able to play this game at this point.

The crash is a GPU crash. Which means that we can't see to faulty code. The game generates the crash report for the GPU crash in the first frame after the crash so that is why. But we are still investigating this issue.
Could you try deleting the Bannerlord folder in the documents folder and try again?

I have tried this multiple times. I have tried deleting bannerlord from the documents folder, from the Program Files (x86) Steam folder, and from the Program Data folder. I still receive the same error message

My GPU drivers are also up to date and I am able to run other graphics intensive games on my PC without issue. What other steps can I take?

What can I do to fix a GPU crash?

I'm using 4060, but the desktop version i presume. I think its more of a driver related, Just check for updates and do them or if you happen to get a stable one hold on to it until you start feeling performance drops. Nvidia man, corporations or whatever.

I'm not on the most updated driver and i feel like some of my video issues are related to this, but i tend to update every couple of months if things run. Some updates really change stuff ingame and some really break stuff, happens.

Usually its this method:

But i guess clicking on the do a clean install option in the Gforce experience grays it out. Never actually seen this button being an option (for as long as i remember). I'm pretty sure some of the issues i've had with games overall are exactly from graphics drivers.

The latest version of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU driver does not work with Bannerlord for some reason. I am trying to see if any previous version of the driver will work

I can not seem to find a driver version for my GPU that works with Bannerlord. I do not know what the problem is and can only hope that Tale Worlds support can fix this.

Pretty sure 561.09 is working with bannerlord with minor graphical glitching from time to time in long sessions during scene switches

I tried running with that driver installed. I assume you’re using the desktop version but the Laptop version is not able to run the game

I fully understand, its stable for me but its the exact updated that started some of my technical issues with bannerlord. I'd say maybe 1-2 versions earlier. Its either that or the 4060 is the biggest piece of ****, but i honestly doubt that coming from a 1060

2 недели лазаю по сайтам и читаю , я че только не делал что бы поиграть без этих вылетов , разрабы ни че не знают и не отвечают . Как же я устал . Зачем я покупал ее что бы ломать себе голову ? Видюха nvidia geforce gtx 1660 . Я выставлял качество на минимум . 3Д модели восстановил , потом выбирал иргу в качестве настройки ( эту долбанную игру ) . В самой игре есть запустить тест производительности (но для чего он) даже во время теста выкинуло ? . Все в пустую . Какие еще предложения ?
И как вернуть разрабов в диалог ?
