You see thats the thing in this discussion, both my opinion opposing your points, and your points themselves are clearly biased as we come from opposing backgrounds. It would be far more reasonable for people that are more or less neutral to voice themselves, as for example captains of Division A teams did.

If you think what I am saying is biased perhaps you should elaborate on what parts of my statement were biased. I said that if you want to go back and change a ruling made after other matches have been played then you need to do so in a way that accounts for the indirect unfairness that would cause for other teams (in this case RM and DM). I don't see how this is a biased statement.

Decision has been already made by admins. We even play 1 match already and going to play other tomorrow lol. BEAST already over this decision was about to week 3.

To point 1, that is not true. We didn't see it on his previous streams and from his comments on the stream vs RM it sounded like he was fairly new to it.

To point 2, potentially yes but realistically no. If you go back and change a decision after another week of matches have been played, then yes you do have to account for other teams that played with the DM results in mind. To be truly fair across the board you would have to replay that whole week, but as there are only 2 finals slots it seems unimportant to do that as only those teams with a chance (on the league table) of qualifying to that position should have their games rematched. Which, as I said, applies to both the RM and DM games played in week 4.

This is a significant leap in logic which doesn't make sense. Obviously how players approach and conduct themselves within a match is affected by the context of the tournament results leading up to that point. That is not the same as matchfixing.

Matchfixed? Admitting? Whaaat man, you have to wake up from your dreamy world really. It was 9-8 match that means really close for a "matchfixing" and it was really unlucky that Relexan couldnt play and I was very ill. Also you gotta learn the game meta that, Aserai is the most OP faction in the game right now. Its normal that Khuzait loses against it. Is HINQ throw the game on Khuzait side against Aserai?

there is built in crosshair nearly every monitor nowdays. I bealive myself Changeing crosshair is not a cheat but you have changed game files to do that. For future reference custom crosshairs should be allowed but also because of the current tournament rules it should be punished for now. You ask even smaller changes to the tournament admins or you guys could have asked beforehand if it is safe to use it in this tournament. Even a namechange or having a random character in your name (like myself having a name not Errayn but Erraynn) could result a punishment from tournament admins. (it is bull**** to me btw) I bealive there should be a rematch. But if you ask tournament rules it should be 12-0 default. Because this is a community tournament I bealive group A clan leaders + admins should vote for it.if it should be 12-0 default or a rematch.

I will reply as well because this affects all of us, not just Division A teams. Though I feel like your appeal is a bit late, the most fair and best solution would be having DM and RM do a rematch.

When we consider the "cheating" in this instance, the rules actually give some leeway by using the words "significant". As many have pointed out in the various discord servers, having a crosshair is not a "significant" advantage.

Although not a significant one, I think that it would give some advantages (this is just my presumption, I have not actually tried it, I need to try it to know for sure) for infantry overhead hits and maybe cav stabs.

But the very fact that it is so easy to have a cross hair on your monitor (whether it is via monitor settings or simply by coloring your monitor with a marker) should have given the admins enough reason to judge a rematch was fair, maybe even go as far as not being as harsh on Varadin and 1or3.

There is a difference between applying the law and ensuring justice. This decision for a 12-0 default was not justice in my opinion.

To prevent such things from happening again, we should rewrite certain rules to make them more flexible so that fairer decisions can be reached.

Lastly, we should discuss these things here on the forums first and foremost, so that it is visible to everyone.

i mean literally all of the bannerlord community bet HINQ win upon RM xd your predictions became true, its sad that RM -which is lost 4 players from last beast and relexan couldnt play instead of me, koso was ill etc etc- lost against PRIME SUPREME EPIC STACKED HINQ with 1 round, last set was kinda my bad play and we lost first fights, but isnt this situation is what expected? isnt it kinda hyprocisy you all literally said rm is worst in div a, hinq is outstacked, rm will lost etc etc. Then why are you crying about it? and why we should lose to hinq in purpose? we all know that a final without rm and dm is just ****show. so wake up from your dream, we tried and lost unlucky, that's all. Some seriousness would be appreciated. This decision could have very well applied to a team in any other division other than division A. There is such a thing as precedent, you know? This decision (unless the rules are changed) will apply to all the future games where having gained a "significant" advantage is in question.
