Anyone successfully launch Bannorlord on Windows 8 ??

If you are playing the game on updated windows 8 let me know. I can't get it to launch at all.

edit: 3000 hours later lol
To fellow windows 8 users, I updated to 8.1 and was able to installed the latest .net framework 4.8, and the game launched sucessfully.

Shame we have to do this, but damn it if that music when I finally loaded in didn't make me a happy man. Took all day for this.

It looks like the launcher requires .Net framework 4.8, which cannot be installed on Windows 8. Maybe another way of launching the game will help.

They would be the first developers to not anticipate windows 8 OPs. lol People are still using windows 7 here, and it works for them...

We both know Windows 7 & 8 are a differnet kettle of fish. Especialy when it comes to quality lol.

Very true. My CPU came with windows 8. Had no idea how it's not the ideal operating system for gaming at the time.
Still though, I'm running games like Witcher 3, Red Dead 2, and other huge games just fine.

Just an update to my situation. Hope this helps someone. This is the ONLY game where I had to update my operating system.
