Sergeant at Arms
After that recent patch, yeah.

I just recruited Julia and, what!? She has 4 points in power draw!
I wonder if it's an intended change or a glitch

Most likely intended as I think that Warband uses Powerdraw for crossbows as well. Isn´t it?

No. Powerdraw is for bows only. Except xbow wpf, nothing has impact on that weapon accuracy and reload time.

We had intended to give Julia power draw before, but somehow overlooked it in PoP 3, V 1.011.  When I noticed it had not changed in PoP 3, Warband, I called it to Treebeard's attention and he fixed it.  Now Julia can use a crossbow or a regular bow.  Since she touts her talents as an archer, I figured she'd best have some skill to back up her words.

We also gave Adonja more loot skill in PoP 3, V 1.011 and PoP 3, Warband, as she boasts in her recruitment dialog of being a great looter but did not have much loot skill before. (Edit: Adonja now starts with looting 4, I think it is.)

Sir Roland and Sir Alistair have the highest fighting skillsm Sir Jocelyn the second-highest, and Sir Rayne the third, amongst the Knight companions.  Ediz starts with power draw 7, so he and Diev are both great archers.  Fearless Fred has good engineering skills.  Siggy can still put away a tavern full of ale and is death on the hoof with any 2-handed weapon.  The rest of the companions can be developed pretty much any way the player likes, though Kaverra starts with good all around skills, too, same as she had in V 2.5.  Alyssa is amazing with her spear and Boadice is really good with polearms if you level her a bit.

I think those are the only changes we made in companion skills.

Yes, Overall the companions are balanced.  I think they're more useful/powerful now (the best ones are leveled 30-40).  Some are pretty expensive to hire but hey, you get what you pay for

That echoes the Dev Team's thoughts - as Player says when hiring Sir Roland, "I guess a Paladin does not come cheaply."
Siggy's really a deal considering the mayhem he wreaks, even if his bar tab is 4000 denars!

What did you expect off a man who´s eating Huscarls for breakfast and farts fire? His tummy is a chemical high risk area and he needs lots of booze to digest all the steel, iron, linen and tough Fierdsvain meat. So what he´s really missing is a bad temper from constant hangover
