Anyone actually conquer everything?

I don't think you can, if it's anything like Mount & Blade was.  There's always rebels popping up no matter what you do.  TW pretty much made it so there was no way to actually 'WIN'.

Well hopefully the NEXT iteration of the game will introduce outside lands, and ships! (But NOT naval combat).

Actually, if you press CTRL + ~ while in cheat mode and on world map, then a command line pops up, you write cheatmode into it. Then you walk to for example Tihr and the menu for it pops up, you go down to the option "CHEAT: Sail from port" and here ya go - you're in the sea in a boat, when you want to disembark just press on coast and it'll ask for confirmation. Your boat will be on the sea at the coast and you'll be on land again.

Probably they implemented it to make modding naval combat, travelling in waters etc. easier.

Pretty sure someone posted like 3 weeks ago they had 90% of the territory under their own kingdom so im guessing its possible at least on easier settings.  On one of my campaigns I am playing on easy settings and have about 60% conquered just one major faction left to deal with and as far as I can tell my 3 lords + 3 companion lords seem happy enough not to rebel.  Only thing i learned is despite growing you cant have more than probably 6-7 permanent lords if you want to keep them happy due to losing faction with the others when you assign new territory.  Think this is one of teh mechanics that stops one natural country from ruling the world because when they get too much land all their lords go bat **** crazy.

I'm almost certain that someone has conquered the whole map, and something does indeed happen, albeit something less than spectacular.  Keep at it

I conquered the whole map in the original. Literally by myself alone

Well, conquering the map using cheats and exploits ofcourse is easy (exploit to gain relationship by switching marshalship and by using cheats to level up companions, heal yourself in battle, win battles automatically etc.). So probably a cheater has done it (for example me as I wanted a quick walkthru to see what happens in the end and in the end all that happend was that every morning I was spammed with a message saying that my kingdom conquered everything..).

How can one conquer all in WB if there is always someone complaining that when they have around 7 fiefs under them they loose money cause of tax inefficiency.

Or did you mod it? or gave all your fiefs to your lords? or is there any other way?

im at level 33 and 8 not that bad companions (nearly 70% diff), and i feel like conquering some lands but all the threads about loss and complications always make me lose interest.

Can someone post some quick tips or very short guide as to how deal with loses, garrison etc?

I'm not sure what exactly you mean.  However, with TweakMB you can change things such as lords losing relationship with you everytime you assign a fief to someone they don't like, tax inefficiency, troop wages, and a ton of other stuff.

Yes i know that, i just wanted to know if those who have conquered A LOT of land did by modding (relationships, tax inefficiency etc), if no, then how did they conquer so much cause people always complain, and i never tried in WB.
