Any work around auto battle?

We are 53 troops, we fight 11 looters, they injure 2 legionaries.... Anyone knows a work around this?

Get higher medicine skill. Every point gives you increased casualty survival chance. There might be perks in there as well, but haven't looked.

112 troops (not recruits) vs 1 looter that escaped from the last battle. auto resolve: i lost one, and one injured.
