Any way to make the notification text smaller and/or change position?

Hi all,

I have a question about the notification text that shows up in the lower left of the screen; its not so bad on the world map but in battles it gets so busy and takes up so much of the screen that it annoys me.  I would like to know if there is a away to:


Scale the text so it's not so large?

Move it someplace else? i.e. top left, top right

Alter the information? I like to see when I make a kill but really don't care to see everything else

I vaguely remember something you could type in an .INI file, back in 0.808, but that made all text smaller.
