As the title state is there any way to give a field to a clan member? Both as independent and as vassal.

As far as I understand, the party member or clan member is different from the last game. The clan members are served to be a supporting cast for the clan. All the settlements (castle or city) are given to the clan and the clan leader. If the clan leader (either other clan or your clan) will have all the income from those settlements. You can use that income to support a party to have its own troops.

So there is no point for a field to be given to the party and it can not be done in-game. Instead, you can distribute the income wisely and choose to have your clan member (party member) to have their own troops.

What if you want them to create their own clan??
I don't think there is an option yet. Moreover, you probably don't want to have a single member clan cuz it will be very difficult for them to defend their territories. All the bigger clan in the kingdom has at least 3-4 members. Smaller clan (single or two members) can't even get any terrorises in the smaller kingdom. It is somehow realistic.

Clans hold fiefs not characters so the answer is no you can’t give to an individual but you can give to the clan

But you can have a clan member administer a fief IIRC
You can appoint someone from your clan as governor yes, but that doesnt dispute what he said, which is still true.

Fiefs are held by Clans, and ruled over by the clan leader. Companions may be governors or lead their own parties but they will always answer to the clan leader.
