I have a 115 man army, most are quiet trained and well equipped
So im trying to attack a Swiss castle, but each castle i check got a lord in it... (plus the casual army)
now the casual army is pretty much the same size as my army, so all i need is to get the lord out of there!
My question is, is there a trick or something that i can do to force him out?

In addition i got 2 questions:
1. is there a way to boost my traveling speed? (most bandits just running away from me)

2. during a siege, should i order my archers to "advance" while my melee to "hold" away from the arrows?
i got some archers, crossbow men, and skirmishers...

No, there are no way to force them out. But it will eventually leave.

1: You could train Pathfinding skill, each skill gives you 3% speedbonus.
You could have an all cavalry party, this speeds up the party.
You should make sure not to have anything apart from food in your inventory that are marked with weight. Items like Spice, Linen, Fur, and all sort of commercial trade items slow you down. Food also slows you down, but you need food, right ; )

2: That could be a good idea yes, let your ranged units dispose of their ammo before you assult in melee.

Well, if you have a strong army, like quality of quanity, it won't matter. I have an army of 90 swadian knights, and 10 Vaeger knights. Thats all you need, and you'll get MAYBE 1 or two casualties, when your fighting a group even if they have 400 people, and you only have 100.

If you siege a castle for at least a day long the lords in it who have less troops than you sometimes run away.

btw Swadians and not Swiss.
