Any way to buy Ladies' clothes in Native?

I have been playing for a good while and I'm an RPer. I've just been wondering if there is any way to acquire the gowns and headwear the noble women are wearing. Is it a restricted "part of NPC" thing or do I just need to modify my .ini? (P.s. I have no Idea how to change my .ini)

turn on cheats by hitting CTRL + "~" and type "cheatmenu" in the console. This will give you access to all Items in the game.

I have stumbled onto ladies clothing in Armor shops at different times even without the cheat menu.

You can do that through modifying text files in the Item_Kinds file, though unless you know how to read binary, that's really difficult.

You can also do that much more easily with Morgh's WB/WFAS Editor.  When you're in it, you can then tick each of those dresses you want to put in as "merchandise" so that they'll appear in shops.

Cheating is unnecessary; it will just take a while. They are sold in armories. An alternative is to raid peasant parties, but I´ve never found that to be worth the clothing.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the higher class clothes, which aren't available to regular folk for obvious reasons.
