Any way to alter Banner colors/emblem? Or at least not have all troops identical?

Once in game is there any way to alter the colors or your banner after you have started a game? The troops are shockingly uniform in appearance, which doesn't make much sense for recruits, skirmishers, and a small ragtag band just starting out. I like having a more natural look with much less uniformity. That should be only for the professional soldiers and higher tier troops.

Also, is there still a way to alter your appearance during the game like there used to be? I'd at least like to be able to alter my hair or beard if I decide I don't like it anymore, as in older versions of M&B.
