Any way to access *all* the banners in single player?

I noticed that banners_f.dds is completely omitted from player selection in single player and that several banners that exist in banners_a through banners_g are also omitted (though they appear with some lords).

How can I tweak the game so they're selectable once more?  It would be nice, for once, to have a banner that no other lord took before me.

Hmmm, i don't know if is possible to do that, but i know what you think.
I realized that when you choose someone's banner, then they have a banner in red-white squares ( like Croatian banner - and i want it, but i didn't find a way to access it  )

I do know floating around somewhere is an explanation to create your own banner.

not sure if it could still be taken by default or not...

but the nord banner always drew me like a bug to fire... and behold only matheld takes it to her armies.
