I've looked through the threads and I can't see anywhere where TWers have been sharing music they've made. Anyway, onto what I did.

I've been sharing this with people I know, and I figured some of you bastards might like to hear it. So here it is (feat. Mickey Mouse aka falsetto backed) and without the falsetto backing. Apparently people have been liking it, and telling me my voice is unique, and that it's well produced. I hope you enjoy, and I hope I did Bon Iver justice. :3

I've also recorded Coldplay's Don't Panic and Leonard Cohen's Bird on the Wire. I have Buddy Holly's Words of Love too. But Flume, in my opinion, is the best. I like it better than all those originals too anyway.

Nice thread, was going to open up a topic like that but I'm still recording stuff. Anyway, nice cover. However, you have to work on your falsetto more, together with the normal singing, it sounds a bit off than the main tune. Singing falsetto has to be done with care, otherwise it'll sound bad somehow. Other than that, sounds neat.

Yeah, falsetto is hard to do right. Thanks for the compliment too. To be honest, I'd prefer having a woman sing as a backer, but I don't know any in town... /foreveralone. Though I'm trying to get this one girl to sing for it, but she's not available often.

Also, I've recorded a few more and put them together in a set. Let me know what you think.

Better, though I think the problem is not mainly about your singing but the melody itself. It's low pitched enough that falsetto singing is where its range is about to end. Falsetto always sounds better if you go higher.

Well, I fell off the face of the earth for awhile, and was lurking a bit. But now I've taken an interest back in TW, mostly the off-topic forums. Plus, I have to keep the rabble in line.

I have a one man black metal project.  It pretty well sucks but meh.  I used to be in a few local hardcore and death metal bands. If I can find a video of them, I will post them.
