Annoying feature post siege

There is a feature that annoys me, after I win a siege, my clan's parties that are in my army, always go to settlement and donate 60%ish of their troops to the garrison, requiring me to go and re-recruit before i can fight again. As it stands when i conduct sieges, before i attack i remove my clans parties from the army and fight without them, to avoid this 'feature'.
Perhaps you can give us a toggle that allows us to tell our clan's parties not to donate their troops.
 
It's a very specific situation, i never use my family to lead party's because of the death mechanic, it's very easy to get them killed.

But if i remember correctly this topic was already disscussed in the past, i'm not sure. One thing that i know is that they are implementing the "Player clan party AI directives", maybe this should solve your problem...any many others...
 
A must have in all my games:

There is a dialogue tree available with companions that tells them to not donate any troops. Can also have armies of your companions without being in a faction(you can be a merc. or no faction at all and have an army), and direct companion parties to follow you and attack anything you ctrl+click on.
 
Yes, this is probably one of the things which will be addressed once we get the clan directives feature.
 
Yeah I use only my party to siege, but this would annoying if you had stocked your clan mates with good troops. I hope we get more options on how they behave, or even a direct control over what troops they drop of in this situation. Until then maybe just let you clan parties recruit on their own or use 'unwanted' troops so you don't loose high quality troops this way.
