Annoying Bandits

I suggest that instead of the Bandits randomly taking over villiges or stealing cattle, we have the bandit parties stand by the villiage on the map (sort of like the lords looting) and then they steal cattle, stay on the villiage and take over it, instead of having that I arrive on a villiage and it says I "remembered that bandits are occupying the villiage" when I never knew previously, if the bandits move around map and take over villiages the lord of the villiage can defend it himself.
Another solution is to be able to build barracks on the villiage so you can station guards (or knights!).

Quite opposite, I suggest they do something rather than walking around doing nothing.
 
I think the solution is to have another 'culture' faction (ie make outlaws the same as Khergits Nords etc) so that they can occupy forts and vilalges and towns - but make them permanantly relations -1 or worse with all factions bar player.

Then you will find them doing something!

Maybe not that far, but my problem is having the buggy mission of clearing the bandits from a villige, I think this would fix the bugs (because it is using the same routine that the lords use to loot) and it would be better so that lords can clear their villiges themselves, I also think you should be able to tell them "your villige is being looted and that is going to hurt your tax income!"
